Many of our products are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Because products may be individually produced, minor variations in print placement, print size, color, garment appearance, or other characteristics may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Colors displayed on a screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to differences in devices, displays, lighting, photography, and manufacturing or printing processes.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, and other product details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the appearance or color of a physical product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or listing errors, inventory or production issues, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the order is otherwise eligible for reimbursement, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, size, color, and product-selection information when placing an order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after discovering an order error. If production has not begun, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the requested change or cancellation.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, promotions, discounts, or pricing errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by a material pricing or listing error. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel due to such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Production, processing, and shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, production delays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We may use third-party production, fulfillment, and shipping providers to manufacture and deliver orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment and delivery may be performed by third-party service providers on our behalf.

Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges are limited.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, color or style preference, incorrect product or variant selection, or other customer ordering errors.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items will be reviewed and handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, graphics, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, written content, and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Memento and Thread LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
